For those of you who know our manageress Veronique, she is reaching an important age in March! To celebrate and thank her for her loyalty, the Hotel is sending her on a guided tour of Edinburgh and surrounding castles – her dream and never having travelled abroad!
Yesterday however, she showed us the following advertisement from a French newspaper and announced that she may not be coming back – if her application is successful!!
“Buckingham Palace is recruiting for a male of female with a strict sense of confidentiality to run the baths and look after precious personal possessions. Annual salary £14,000 board and lodging included. 40 hour week sometimes weekends”
